Closing the Sale

Congrats, you have accepted an offer and are on your way to closing!

During this time, the buyer has an opportunity to complete their inspections and ask for repairs. Your agent will help coordinate access to the home for these inspections and may be able to recommend any contractors you may need for repairs. 

After the inspection period, buyers who are obtaining a mortgage will have their appraisal completed. The appraisal is for the mortgage company to ensure the home is valued at the purchase price. 

Once the agreed upon repairs have been completed and all appraisal conditions have been met, it's closing days!
