Marketing Your Home

Great marketing is essential to selling your home quickly and easily. You want to ensure your agent is doing more for you than just putting a "For Sale" sign in your yard. Proper marketing will attract qualified buyers who are looking for a home just like yours! Your home will need it's own marketing plan and your agent should work with you closely to develop that plan.

A marketing plan should include some or all of the following:

  • Photos and video

  • Detailed and descriptive property profile to highlight your homes features

  • Uploading your listing to Multiple Listing Service (MLS, the system agents and buyers use to find homes)

  • Open Houses

  • Social Media Marketing

  • Syndication from MLS to sites home buyers use, including Zillow, Trulia, and Realtor.com 

  • Printed publication, including flyers and mailers

  • Agent - to Agent networking
